We create digital experiences, memberships, creative tools, and custom development services for creators and businesses. Because our products are digital and often instantly accessible, our refund structure works differently than traditional retail.

Digital Products & Memberships

Cotton Creatives offers digital memberships, downloadable resources, templates, educational content, AI-powered tools, and other non-physical products.

  • All digital product sales are non-refundable.
  • Monthly and yearly memberships are non-refundable once access has been granted.
  • Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not refund previous charges.
  • No prorated refunds are provided for unused membership time.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

  • Your membership remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Future recurring charges stop after cancellation.
  • Previous payments remain non-refundable.

Failure to use the Services does not qualify for a refund.

Custom Services

Custom services may include Shopify theme design, website development, branding, graphic design, consulting, and strategy services.

  • Deposits and setup fees are non-refundable.
  • Completed work and delivered files are non-refundable.
  • Work already performed remains billable even if a project is canceled early.

Timelines may vary depending on revisions, communication, and client-provided materials.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from Cotton Creatives, you agree to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in revoked access.
  • Memberships and digital access may be permanently terminated.
  • Documentation may be submitted to payment providers.

Refund requests involving duplicate charges or billing errors may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
