Order Processing

Most blank apparel and DTF orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.
Custom or micro-run orders may require additional production time.

Production timelines begin once payment is confirmed.

No Mass Wholesale Orders

Cotton Creatives is sample and small-run focused.
We reserve the right to decline bulk production orders that exceed our current production model.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our products involve custom printing or made-to-order blanks:

• All DTF prints are final sale.

• Custom orders are non-refundable.

• Blank apparel may be eligible for exchange only if unworn and unwashed within 7 days of delivery.

If there is a production defect, contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Color & Mockup Disclaimer

Screen colors vary.
Mockups are visual representations only.
Final printed results may slightly vary based on garment type, fabric blend, and print method.

Membership Access

Some tools, designs, and pricing are exclusive to active members.

If membership is canceled:

• Access to member-only tools and design libraries is revoked.

• Previously downloaded assets remain under their original license terms.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service for:

• Copyright infringement

• Trademark violations

• Offensive or illegal content

• Abuse toward staff or community members
