Policies
Cotton Creatives focuses on small-run production, creative memberships, DTF printing, blank apparel, and digital creator resources designed for modern online brands.
Order Processing
Most blank apparel and DTF orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.
Custom or micro-run orders may require additional production time depending on order size, production queue, and garment availability.
Production timelines begin once payment has been successfully confirmed.
No Mass Wholesale Orders
Cotton Creatives is sample and small-run focused.
We reserve the right to decline large-scale wholesale or production requests that exceed our current production structure or operational capacity.
Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our products involve custom printing or made-to-order blanks:
- All DTF prints are final sale.
- Custom orders are non-refundable.
- Blank apparel may qualify for exchange only if unworn and unwashed within 7 days of delivery.
If there is a production defect or order issue, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Color & Mockup Disclaimer
Screen colors vary between devices and monitors.
Mockups are visual representations intended for preview purposes only.
Final printed results may slightly vary depending on garment type, fabric blend, ink saturation, lighting, and print method.
Membership Access
Certain tools, pricing, downloads, and design resources are exclusive to active Cotton Creatives members.
If membership access is canceled:
- Access to member-only tools and design libraries may be removed.
- Previously downloaded assets remain subject to their original license terms.
Right To Refuse Service
Cotton Creatives reserves the right to refuse service, production, or account access involving:
- Copyright infringement
- Trademark violations
- Offensive or illegal content
- Abusive behavior toward staff or community members
