Because our products and services are digital and often delivered instantly or customized specifically for each client, all sales are generally considered final unless otherwise stated below.

Digital Products & Memberships

Cotton Creatives offers digital memberships, downloadable resources, templates, educational content, AI-powered creative tools, and other non-physical products.

Due to the instant-access nature of digital content:

  • All digital product sales are non-refundable.
  • Monthly and yearly memberships are non-refundable once access has been granted.
  • Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not issue refunds for previous charges.
  • No prorated refunds will be provided for unused membership time.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, membership details, and included features before purchasing.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

When a subscription is canceled:

  • Your membership remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Future recurring charges will stop.
  • Previous payments remain non-refundable.

Failure to use the Services, access content, or participate in memberships does not qualify for a refund.

Custom Design & Website Development Services

Custom services provided by Cotton Creatives may include:

  • Shopify theme design
  • Website development
  • Branding
  • Graphic design
  • Creative consulting
  • Strategy and growth services

These services require planning, development time, creative labor, revisions, and project resources.

Because of this:

  • Deposits and setup fees are non-refundable.
  • Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
  • Work already performed remains billable even if a project is canceled before completion.

Project timelines may vary based on communication, revisions, client response times, and the availability of requested materials.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from Cotton Creatives, you agree to contact us first before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks involving delivered digital products, memberships, downloads, or completed services may result in:

  • Immediate termination of account access
  • Revoked memberships and digital access
  • Submission of documentation and delivery records to payment providers

Exceptional Circumstances

While refunds are generally not provided, requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in situations involving:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Accidental multiple purchases
  • Technical billing errors

Approval of any refund exception is solely at the discretion of Cotton Creatives.
